Q. How long is processing time?
A. Processing time can take 1–3 business days.
Q. Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
A. No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Q. How long does it take to receive my package?
A. Items are shipped within 3 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays on both the merchant’s and the carrier’s end.
Q. When do I received my tracking number?
A. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking number to your email address on file.
Q. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
A. Please contact customer service immediately before the item is shipped.
Q. I didn’t receive my package and the tracking hasn’t updated.
A. Please contact our customer service team for assistance and also reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number for updates.
If your package is lost or stolen, you can file a claim with the carrier.
Q. Do you have any discount codes?
A. We currently do not have any active discount codes.
However, you can sign up for our email list to be notified of future promotions or discounts. Be sure to also check our website for updates.
Q. How long does customer service take to respond?
A. Emails are answered in the order they are received.

Q. Can I return sale items?
A. No. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q. Do you offer wholesale toothpaste tablets?
A. No, we currently do not offer wholesale at this time.
